Community Involvement

Canyon Creek Cabinet Company strives to be a good community neighbor, and has made a positive impact on the economic development of Snohomish County. Canyon Creek and its employees donate time and provide financial and material support for a number of projects and organizations.

HOMES FOR OUR TROOPS

Canyon Creek donated the cabinetry for two new homes in Oregon built for disabled veterans. The homebuilding was spearheaded by Homes For Our Troops (HFOT), a national non-profit organization founded in 2004 to help build new homes for returning veterans with serious disabilities and injuries. HFOT raises money, donated building materials, and professional labor to coordinate the building of accessible homes for service men and women and their immediate families. Visit the HFOT website.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

Canyon Creek was recognized by the YMCA of Snohomish County for its generous capital donation for the construction of the Monroe/Sky Valley Family Branch, as well as continued annual contributions.

Other notable financial donations include the Ronald McDonald House and the Everett Community College Foundation.

SKY VALLEY FOOD BANK

Every November, the employees of Canyon Creek participate in an annual food drive to benefit the Sky Valley Food Bank. Since 2001, Canyon Creek has donated more than $35,000 and almost 8,000 pounds of food, to become one of the food bank?s largest contributors.
