When planning a new kitchen, most of us use phrases like "I want a warm, casual space the kids can do homework in," or "I need a large, inviting space for entertaining." The differences between, say, a French Country or English Country style are far less important than the way the room looks, feels and functions.
That's why our Design Theme categories are based on a mood or feeling rather than a formal design style. Within each group, you'll see different ways to pair elements to create your own unique style.
