      Canyon Creek is currently looking for a Class A CDL Driver to join our team!

      Delivery routes include long-haul driving destinations and a minimum age requirement of 21 years old to apply. Qualified applicants will be required to drive scheduled routes.

      Signing Bonus! Canyon Creek is offering a $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days and a second $2,500 signing bonus after 180 days of consecutive employment. *

      Class A CDL Driver is responsible for the delivery of cabinets to customer sites/residential homes throughout the Pacific NW region. Most routes return to the company's Monroe, WA facility every evening, however, the company does have long-haul destinations that could include an overnight stay. Team driving shifts include routes to Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, and/or Northern CA requiring an occasional overnight stay. Canyon Creek Drivers are responsible for helping the delivery assistant unload the truck at its destination.

      CDL Certification Required. Licensed to drive – valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

      Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

      Must be 21+ years of age for insurance purposes.

      Must maintain DOT Medical Certifications.

      Must pass DOT Physical.

      Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle.

      Attributes and Characteristics

      Ability to drive safely.

      Experience using navigation tools: Onboard GPS, Smartphone Apps, Web-based or actual maps.

      Ability to plan delivery routes and remain flexible for route changes planned or unplanned.

      Ability to maintain required logs and records.

      Physical Ability to load/unload cabinets with or without hand-trucks in various weather and ground conditions.

      Must submit to all DOT pre-employment requirements and maintain requirements.

      Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

      Must read, analyze, and interpret common business documents such as packing lists, manifests, bills of lading, pallet tickets, or job orders.

      Effective communication skills with co-workers and customers/clients to respond to common inquiries or complaints.

      Ability to build relationships with each customer maintaining a friendly attitude.

      Mathematical Skills

      Use basic mathematical concepts like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for such tasks as inventory control, material ordering, and job order verification.

      Reason Skills

      Perceive problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an assorted number of tasks or instructions.

      Physical Demands

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, hear, crouch, use stairs to access the work area, stand, bend, reach, and feel with hands and arms, and walk, carrying items. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to lift to 100+ pounds.

      The employee is also required to drive a delivery vehicle requiring sitting for long periods of time depending on the route destination.
