About the Role
Our shipping department is looking for someone who loves hard work. If doing physical labor (inside!) all day brings you joy, this may be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do
- Load cabinets and other materials into trucks according to delivery schedules and load plans
- Lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing 50–75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage
- Verify product counts, items and shipping documents match
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors

Requirements
What You Bring

- Manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
Work Environment
- Full-time onsite (Monroe, WA)
- Shipping department in cabinet manufacturing company
- Environment varies in temperature and is loud (Personal Protective Equipment for hearing and vision is required)
- Repetitive motion and standing are required for extended periods of time
Compensation / Benefits:
- Hourly rate $20-22 depending on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
- First 45-day success = $0.75 increase to hourly rate

Builder Account Representative

Our Builder Account Representatives play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our custom, private, and production builder customers. These can include account buyers, superintendents, and design teams. This position requires a solid understanding of project requirements, the ability to use 2020 Design, delivery of accurate estimates, and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
The BAR ensures that project timelines, expectations, and deliverables stay on track by working closely with multiple internal teams at Canyon Creek. Success in this role is measured by the timely, precise, and high-quality execution of customer projects, as well as the ability to support long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
What You'll Do
Sales & Account Management
- Drive repeat business with assigned custom, private, and production builders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for buyers, superintendents, and builder design teams, delivering consistent communication and support.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and account development to order placement and post-sale support.
- Prepare bid proposals, estimates, contracts, and sales documentation to support project requirements.
- Onboard new builder accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and continued success.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and design changes promptly.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, track opportunities, forecast sales, and maintain accurate client records.
Collaboration & Project Execution
- Partner with internal teams (design, operations, customer service, logistics, and production) to deliver cabinetry solutions that meet builder specifications and timelines.
- Ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across departments, from design through fulfillment and jobsite delivery.
- Act as a central liaison to quickly resolve issues and ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Perform jobsite measures to ensure cabinetry installations meet specifications.
- Work safely and effectively on active construction sites.
Design & Presentation
- Create and modify designs in 2020 design software as needed for customer project proposals.
- Collaborate with sales management and marketing to maintain professional, standardized bid and sales presentations.
Requirements
What You Bring
Technical Proficiency
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM (or similar) for account management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in 2020 Design and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of the residential construction process, from design through installation.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred (not required).
- 3+ years of sales/account management experience, ideally in cabinetry, building products, or residential construction materials.
- Proven track record managing customer relationships and driving repeat business.
- Experience conducting field/jobsite measurements.
Work Environment
- Hybrid position: majority of time is spent in the field, but frequent visits to the Monroe, WA office/showroom/manufacturing are required (must live locally).
- Must be comfortable working in active construction sites.
- Requires consistent customer outreach, including outbound and cold calls.
- Fast-paced environment with daily interaction across multiple customer accounts.
Compensation / Benefits:
- Base salary $60,000 plus commission
- Target Performance Based Commission: $90,000+
- Vehicle Allowance $500 per month

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused team member to join our maintenance team as a Forklift & Waste Materials Operator. In this role, you’ll help keep our production floor running smoothly by transporting and processing wood waste materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and staying active throughout the day, this job is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport wood waste and materials using a forklift
- Weigh and document waste materials using a drive-on scale
- Operate a rotary grinding machine (HOG) and conveyor system
- Remove garbage and cardboard from inside the facility
- Maintain outdoor areas including the parking lot, pallet storage, and exterior garbage
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standardized work instructions
- Interpret documentation, work instructions, and machine manuals accurately
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to read and interpret scrap records and machine manuals
- Basic math and computer skills
- Previous forklift experience highly preferred
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (required for the role)
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus
Work Environment
This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You can expect:
- Exposure to wood dust and cabinet-making materials
- Use of required PPE
- Working on concrete floors
- Varying temperatures
- Loud noise levels
- Outdoor forklift operation in all weather
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physical role. You should be able to:
- Stand and walk frequently throughout the day
- Lift 1–70 lbs. depending on the task
- Push/pull loaded carts up to 150 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, twist, reach, squat, and climb as needed
- Operate foot controls and perform tasks requiring grasping and manual dexterity
- Work with equipment that produces low or high-impact vibration
- Maintain required levels of vision for safety and accuracy
