      SCOPE OF POSITION:

      Safely troubleshoots and performs repairs on machinery, electrical, mechanical or a combination thereof, on facility equipment in compliance with all company policies. Performs preventative maintenance on manufacturing tools and machinery and performs procedures or repairs to the facility.

       

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

      Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance duties on production equipment.

      Trouble shoot equipment problems on mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment.

      Adjust, repair, and replace component like belts, cables, wheels, pulleys, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, bearings, guide rollers, pneumatic cylinders, AC/DC electrical motor, drives, and other related equipment.

      Uses test and diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters and infrared thermometers to identify root cause of problems and put corrective actions in place.

      Understand basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

      Maintain and perform troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems, printer applicators, motors, photo-eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, VFD’s, motor staters, control panels, encoders, etc.

      Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Servo Drives, PC Controllers and HMI’s.

      Able to perform a wide range of facilities maintenance and repair projects and duties in support of production needs. HVAC experience a plus.

      Familiar with spray type coating systems. Understand spray guns, fluid pumps, fluid lines, fittings, regulators, valves, and proportioners used in fluid delivery.

      Perform and track work tickets and preventative maintenance tasks.

      Use a variety of hand, power and pneumatic tools.

      Work safely and follow company safety rules and procedures.

      Perform installation and maintenance on machinery including but not limited to: Saws, Routers, Sanders, CNC Equipment and general facility maintenance.

      Maintains critical spares and consumables inventory.

      Rebuilds equipment and subassemblies as required.

      Work with outside vendors as required.

      Performs machine operations, visual inspections, and, as needed, some post-processing of parts

      Supports manufacturing management to identify, initiate and install new manufacturing processes which streamline and improves the functions of the department.

      Monitors, evaluates and advises Manufacturing Management as to the health and performance of the machines and other equipment used in performing the job.

      Performs special projects and assignments as directed by supervisor.

        The Customer Service Representative is an individual contributor role responsible for going above and beyond, ultimately creating a great customer experience and a delighted customer. The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our customers and sales teams to help answer questions and resolve issues.         As part of our product engineering team, you will ensure Product Development of Special Product Requests are completed on time and on budget. The Product Development Technician will design and coordinate the requirements needed to support engineering and manufacturing allowing our clients to be delivered the best experience possible.

        Requirements

        • Prepares CAD drawings to support the manufacture of standard and new product by creating structural details, visual guidelines, dimensions, and material lists. 
        • Manages timelines of projects to ensure work is delivered on time. This includes simultaneously managing multiple projects at different stages, driving each to completion. 
        • Identifies and communicates processes to be followed for manufacture. Provides bill of materials, machining, and installation instructions.

        As part of the marketing team, the Showroom Selection Consultant position supports the design process by answering questions and presenting Canyon Creek samples for our guests including product function, styles, materials, storage/organization, and finish options. This position also manages the overall upkeep of showroom samples, displays, product literature and other duties, as necessary.

        This hourly, non-exempt position's core schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

        Requirements

        • Welcome and greet showroom guests providing a general overview of the showroom and procedures.

        • Assess guest needs, preferences, and expectations regarding their lifestyle and specific products for their home.

        • Properly educate the guest on Canyon Creek product options, features, benefits, upgrades, policies, and procedures.
