CC donates cabinets to WASHED

Canyon Creek Cabinet Company recently donated cabinets to The House Church in Snohomish, WA for their WASHED Mobile laundry service truck. The truck provides access to laundry facilities for the homeless and homeless camps in Snohomish County.

The idea for “WASHED Mobile” came from Pastor DJ Rabe and his long-time friend Eric Hogan, and was launched last summer to help the local homeless people have clean clothes. With the help of many volunteers and donated materials, WASHED Mobile turned into a 16-foot box truck that is now a fully contained mobile laundromat that travels to different locations throughout the county.

With the success of the first truck and through continued community donations, the group hopes to expand their outreach with additional WASHED Mobile trucks to serve other counties throughout Western Washington.
