When You Visit . . .
Our spacious showroom is open Monday – Friday from 9am to 3pm, by appointment only. Please be aware that as a cabinet wholesaler, we are not able to provide designs or pricing. What we do offer you is a lot of information, education and inspiration!

When you arrive, please sign in with the receptionist and get a temperature check before entering the showroom. Then come in and take a look around – we have a wide range of door styles, wood species and cabinetry types on display. Look for the framed info sheets in each area that describe the cabinetry shown. Canyon Creek backs all of the products we sell – visit the Warranty page to view coverage info for our various product lines.

To initiate the warranty process, please email the following to customer.service@canyoncreek.com:

  • Original order number. If you do not have the original number, it is easily found by pulling out a cabinetry drawer. On the outside back will be a Canyon Creek sticker with all of the necessary information.  Please include a clear photo of the label with the email.
  • Detailed description of what kind of issue you are having with your cabinetry.
  • Clear photos of the cabinetry that is having the issue (both close-up and general placement in the room).
  • Street address and contact phone number.
